1. What Graphite does

Graphite ("we", "our") turns the relation properties of your Notion databases into interactive graph visualizations that you can preview and embed in Notion pages. This policy explains what data we access, why, and how it is handled.

2. Data we collect

When you connect your Notion workspace via Notion's official OAuth, we store:

— Your Notion workspace ID and workspace name.
— An access token that lets Graphite read only the pages and databases you explicitly granted during authorization.
— Your email address (as provided by Notion), used for account identification and billing.
— The database IDs and display settings of the relation maps you create.

3. What we do NOT do

We do not store copies of your Notion page content. Graph data (page titles and relations) is fetched live from the Notion API each time a map is rendered. We never modify, insert, or delete content in your workspace — Graphite requests read-only content permissions. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising.

4. Where data is stored

Account records are stored in Supabase (hosted database, encrypted at rest). The application is hosted on Vercel. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details — Stripe shares only a customer reference and subscription status with us.

5. Public maps

A relation map is only reachable by others if you explicitly set it to "Public". Public maps expose the page titles and relations of the connected database to anyone who has the embed URL. You can revert a map to Private at any time.

6. Data deletion

You can disconnect Graphite from your workspace at any time from Notion's connection settings, which invalidates our access. To delete your account record and stored maps, contact us at the address below and we will remove them within 30 days.
